Large , clean, comfy guest bedroom w/ private bath

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.This house is French Creole new build. The kitchen as well equipped as is the dining room and the kitchen island. The bedroom has very comfortable twin bed and is equipped with French provincial desk for computer or TV. The bathroom is brand new and equipped with everything. During your stay Hello, I live in the home and I’m around most of the day in case you have questions. I totally respect your privacy if you just want to be quiet. I prefer someone who is a traveling nurse or is someone who works out of the home. I can give you a ride at times if I happen to be going somewhere and there’s also a space in my shed to store a bicycle or two :-)I also have a very mellow dog, midsize. Other things to note We live in New Orleans and believe it or not the water is scarce so we’re asking that you keep your shower or bath limited to 15 minutes. It’s also a very sporadic climate so it can be very very hot in the summer and very very cold in the winter. If you’re here during the winter, please bring lots of insular, longjohns and warm clothing, and then in the summer, you would need shorts and T-shirts. This is a conservationist household and the bills go up exorbitantly if there’s an overuse of water or electricity. Thank you.
