The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the LSU campus. The Baton Rouge lakes are a short one block walk away to the running/biking/walking path! Our home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office space for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining or catching up with friends and family. The house features a whole-home dehumidifier (installed February 2022) that keeps the house cool and dry during the muggy South Louisiana summers. For winter, the main bathroom has heated tile flooring for your comfort. We have two 110v plugs for level 1 EV charging. Enjoy time outside on the front or back patios, each with ample seating. Guests can enjoy full access to the front and back yards. There is a studio apartment located in the back far right of the property. The back yard is possibly shared with studio guests (accommodates no more than two people). The studio is a separate listing. Going to the big game? You're just a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. Are dinner and drinks more your vibe? You're just a 3 minute Uber from the bustling Perkins Overpass area which boasts several great restaurants and bars. Or just have a relaxing night in with UberEATS, Instacart and our streaming apps already loaded on the TV! There's something for every style at our home away from home. Our home is your home!
