Two Adult beach tags included children 12 and under do not require them, we will provide additional beach tags for your children over 12. Will accommodate two adults and a few youngsters. The 38th Street beach has a Lifeguard stand with protection from 10am to 5pm daily in the summer. we provide bathing towels and washcloths, bring your own Beach Towels!! We provide linens for the bed and futons. Please let me know in the unfortunate event you forget something! Shared outdoor shower May till Mid October & Gas Grill annually. grill is at lower level, next to the shower for your use during your stay. Parking at the steps for one vehicle and on street parking for your guests. The map is a good representation of our location relative to the ocean, one block to the sand and one block to the water. We provide a 50% discount October 1st to May 26th for a stay of 28 days or more. Entire 2nd floor apartment, lawn and the beautiful Brigantine beach! The bride and I live on the first floor and we are available most of the time in person and all of the time via text or email. Quiet and peaceful, light traffic on 37th St and very light traffic in the alley. Walk to miniature golf, custard stand, shopping, bank and the beach! 1.
