No smoking allowed on the premises. Must be willing to abide by the condo association rules. Only two people allowed to sleep in the condo per Ptown ordinance. No pet policy is strictly enforced; you will be asked to leave. We clean the condo every Saturday, please be prepared to allow our cleaners access.
