This is a single-occupancy private master bedroom in a quiet 3-bedroom home, shared with two long-term tenants (both male, mid to late 20s). The room includes a private full bathroom. 1 parking spot Coin laundry in the yard. No parties or events. This is a shared home. Daytime visitors must be disclosed, and overnight guests require approval. One overnight guest is allowed up to 7 days per month for $25 per night. 30-day minimum stay per Hawaii’s law. The space Important Note: This is a private room in a shared home with two other long-term tenants. This listing is for a private bedroom in a shared house located in St. Louis Heights. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and share the kitchen and living room with two other male tenants who live in the other 2 rooms of the home. One is a dive instructor and the other is a banker both work full time. The host does not live on site but stops by weekly for maintenance and restocking. The home offers beautiful views, strong trade winds, and a peaceful, breezy environment. It stays naturally cool most of the year, making air conditioning unnecessary. At times the wind can be loud and the temperature can feel cool, but extra blankets are provided for comfort. Shared Home Layout Your space: private bedroom and private full bathroom Quiet hours are observed to respect everyone. Walls are thin so loud music, gaming, loud conversations need to be considered. Access: Upstairs- 11 stairs lead to the front door Yard and laundry are shared with another unit on property. Only one spot available in the front. This is a quiet, calm home best suited for business travelers, remote workers, or solo guests seeking a peaceful stay The home is very clean, breezy, and located in a safe, elevated neighborhood with panoramic views of the south shore of Oahu. Guest access There is one parking space available, please discuss getting parking spot with the host. There is plenty of street parking close to the house also, and bike parking on the property. During your stay I do not stay at the house but will be around occasionally to maintain the property and to advise. I have a busy work schedule but I'm available for questions via text most of the day. Other things to note There is a bus stop directly in front of yard. It’s a quiet neighborhood but the bus comes every hour from 5am-10pm and can be loud just while it’s passing. We are at the top of a very steep hill, walking is difficult to get to the place there’s not sidewalks in some sections of the road and it’s a 30 min walk up from the main road and nearest grocery stores. There’s a beautiful park and hike just a 5 min walk up the hill. Waahila Ridge. Parking in driveway is steep.
