A Plum Island beach house that is a one minute, 45 second walk to the beach. The pictures of the beach were taken in mid-June and will give you an idea of how quiet it is. Restaurants, outside sunset bar, party fishing boats, and minutes from downtown Newburyport. The house has a master bedroom with queen size bed and a private upper outside deck off of it. It has another smaller bedroom upstairs with a single bed in it. Double bed in sunroom downstairs. Deep claw foot tub and seperate shower. The space Open space, pristine 10-mile beach, sea breeze in September, water is still warm, and this Island is quieting down. This is a beautiful time of year on Plum Island
