Only 2 adults living in the apt above. Yes, its basement but there are windows in every room, High ceiling and a full size door for coming and going. Once inside youll enjoy natural light from large windows, plenty of living space with a bar to hang out with family & friends. The space A private entrance from your private parking spot makes packing in, packing out and exploring a breeze. The location is: Less than a mile from Long branch hospital. One mile from the Long Branch Train station makes trips to or from New York City convenient. Less than two miles from the beaches, restaurants and shopping of the destination pier village. 1 miles from the closest beach. 1 mile to Monmouth University There are 5 steps to get into the apartment. IMPORTANT!!! Loud music is not allowed. There will be a late check out fee if pass 10AM. Please be aware that we DONT ACCEPT any type of smoke in the apart. A fee of a deep cleaning $500 will be charged If someone insists on breaking the rule. Please don’t book 4 guests and show up with extra guests without requesting.The person who books must be present during the duration of the stay .Only the number of guests is on the reservation are allowed to stay. I really appreciate it. Also there is a fee of $100 for each guest if it’s more than 4 guests. Maximum 2 extra guests allowed. The payment has to be done before check in.i Other things to note -No smoking 🚭 $500 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home - No pets during summer time. Only off season - No events, party or large gatherings - Must be at least 21 years old to book - The person who booked must be present during of the stay. - beach badges are NOT provided - we don’t accept requests for refunds for last minute cancellation or if you have to check out earlier than expected. - A fee of $25 if we have to mail any items that was left behind. - if any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure ( stained rug, clogged sink,excessive mess, excessive garbage left around the house, stench, etc ) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $300 depending on the offense.
