Cozy Apartment for a Seaside Escape

Our shore apartment includes 1 bedroom(queen bed) and a brand new pull-out couch(full bed). Spacious bathroom. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room with a small dining table(seats 4). The space is bright and airy, and the furnishings are all beach themed. *We do not rent for proms or anyone under 27 years of age * The space I love my shore house and wanted the opportunity to share with my friends, family and now you! Sooo...I finished the first floor and made part of it into an apartment that we would be happy to stay in ourselves(and have on numerous occasions). It's bright and open and hopefully has everything you'll need. If it doesn't, we are always looking for ways to improve upon it, so please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities. Guest access The apartment is all yours with it's own entrance on the side of the house. The rest of the house is where my family enjoys our time down the shore. There's a beautiful stone patio outside with a large BBQ, porch swing, full dining room table with seating for 8, cushioned patio set for 8, a fire pit, and some beautiful beach-themed plants and flowers. You'll have full access to this, but the space is shared with my family and friends that stay with us. Parking is on the street and while it is free in most areas, it can get pretty crowded so you sometimes may need to park a block or so over. Other things to note We have two very small dogs who may be out and about on the deck upstairs or out in the yard(only with adult supervision). They are friendly, so hopefully you will be too!
