Inspired 1-BR, Magic Gardens, Stream and Waterfall

Hit the pause button and relax at our peaceful stream side retreat. Located next to the Waipio Lookout, our Hamakua Coast rain forest property is the perfect place to recharge and rejuvenate. Hear the rush of our waterfall and enjoy our private oasis. We’re a ten minute drive to Historical Honoka’a Town with restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores, shopping, art galleries, post office and hospital. Horseback riding, hiking, ATV rentals are close by. Our "Banana Belt" climate is perfect! The space This is a spacious, high ceiling one bedroom retreat located on the second floor with a private entrance. There is a full kitchen, including refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave; dishes, silver-ware and coffee maker. There is a newly installed 40" Internet TV! It is fully furnished and cozy with a king sized bed and large couch for putting your feet up and resting. There is also a private balcony with tree top views. Running through the middle of the property is a peaceful year round stream, molded with spiritual sized rocks and surrounded by rain forest. The stream cascades over small waterfalls among the rocks, and terminates in a dramatic 50 foot water fall. Put your feet in the water, play with the craw fish, or layout on the rocks in the sun. Listen to the rushing sound of the river, enjoy a book by the stream or explore the magical gardens that weave in and out of the gulch. Our sunny climate is tempered by the trade winds. There is a constant breeze keeping temperatures cool, comfortable and perfect. We're a five minute walk to the Waipio Valley Lookout. Take in the majestic high valley cliffs and ocean views. Watch whales breaching with views to Maui. Guest access Guests have access to the magic gardens, the front yard garden in front of the log cabin primary residence, the gulch and to views of the waterfall. There is an occupied downstairs unit that you do not have access to. The log cabin primary residence is not available at this time. Other things to note This is a second floor unit. You have private stairs to a private entrance. There is parking on the property for one car for the apartment. No parties or large or loud gatherings after 10:00 PM. No overnight guests. Visitors to leave by 11:00 PM. This is an apartment for up to two people. It is not a party location. Use of the shared BBQ area is for guests staying two nights or longer. Use of the laundry is for guests staying two nights or longer. Laundry hours are from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No additional guests allowed. Additional guests must be approved in writing by the host. There is a $40 per night charge for an added guest.
