This inviting & extensively remodeled home is 9 miles to Bossier City, 1 hour to Arkansas, and 5 minutes from Bossier Parish Courthouse. There is also a designated office & a huge privacy fenced back yard w/pergola & seating area. ALL GUESTS must present valid identification BEFORE CHECKIN. No third party bookings are allowed. The house is light grey with white windows and trim. Park under the carport and enter via the Schlage lock on the kitchen door. This is a small, lovely comfortable home. There are alert chimes on the doors & BR windows. The security system will be off except for the cameras on the carport and back yard. If you do not wish for the exterior cameras to be on during the day, or at night, please let us know and we will disable them. The windows are Low-E. You can see out easily but people can't see in. Lots of light, plenty of privacy. It's super quiet here with a peaceful, efficient designated office area. You can access any part of the property except the storage & laundry room to the right of the carport. If you are a longer stay guest and need access to the washer and dryer, just contact me and I'll be happy to unlock the storage & laundry room. Guests may contact me if they have any issues that need my attention. I am not available after 8:00 p.m. unless it is an emergency. Quiet, quaint,neighborhood in the small Town of Benton, Louisiana. This is small neighborhood. Speed limit is 15 miles per hour and is strictly enforced. You can park in the carport or on the driveway. No parking on the grass in the yard. If you have pets, kindly do not allow them on the beds or chairs. We love pets but we also realize future guests may have severe cat or dog allergies. Also please clean up any pet waste in the back or front yard.
