Koa resort offers beautiful tropical landscaping, the largest condo pool in Kihei, a hot tub, floor shuffleboard, 2 private tennis courts, and a cabana with 3 BBQ grills, Ping-Pong table, and dining tables. Our condo is ready for fun or relaxing, stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, tennis rackets, sand toys, body boards, and lawn and board games. Embrace the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that Maui is known for! We have renovated our condo with the intention of creating a space that is inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. With a spacious open-concept living area that opens up to a patio with outdoor dining and seating, there is plenty of room for larger groups or families. Walk from the patio to the lawn and pool. Located on 5 acres, the grounds have plenty of open space, grass and mature shade trees. Koa resort is a small condo complex which feels more like a townhome. Unit 4A in an end-unit with a ground-floor entry that is easily accessed from the parking lot. Parking in the lot is free and for Koa Resort guests only and up to 2 cars can be registered. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Entry is automated and keyless by using a unique door code. Other things to note We can provide a high chair, booster seat, and pack & play upon request. These items are not left in the unit but are available. A maximum of 2 parking passes can be issued - This is an HOA rule One of the loft bedrooms is open to the living room below with a sliding shade for visual privacy but it is not a fully enclosed place. Although I hope you do not see any during your stay, insects on this warm, tropical island are endemic and are part of life. To keep them out of the condo, I have the property professionally sprayed every quarter and have a few baits and traps placed in strategic areas. While this reduces the chance of bugs inside the condo, it is possible you will see some. This is a minor and unavoidable tradeoff for visiting a tropical climate.
