The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the LSU campus. The Baton Rouge lakes are a short one block walk away to the running/biking/walking path! No large gatherings or events without prior consent from host! The space Our home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office space for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining or catching up with friends and family. The house features a whole-home dehumidifier (installed February 2022) that keeps the house cool and dry during the muggy South Louisiana summers. For winter, the main bathroom has heated tile flooring for your comfort. We have two 110v plugs for level 1 EV charging. Enjoy time outside on the front or back patios, each with ample seating. The 1br/1ba studio apartment in the back yard has a private bathroom with tile shower, a king sized high quality memory foam bed with Pima cotton sheets. The unit is cooled by a Daikin mini split AC, and has a small kitchen area for preparing meals. Guest access Guests can enjoy full access to the front and back yards. The studio apartment located in the back far right of the property. You have the entire property at your disposal. Other things to note Our home is your home! We have furnished and stocked this property with all the amenities and conveniences we enjoy while traveling.
