Its a quintessential 4 bedroom beach cottage steps to the beach with a beautiful porch, hardwood floors and tastefully decorated with a coastal palette of blues and white. Enjoy the nautically themed decor. The entry level offers a porch, open plan living room/dining & kitchen, master bedroom with a high end kingsized bed and bathroom and the second level offers 3 bedrooms. Enjoy an outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Window AC units in all bedrooms and living space. Negotiable rate for longer stays. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note This property has two units on the lot. However the only shared area is the laundry room. Each unit has dedicated parking and a separate outdoor entertainment area. Air-conditioning is comprised of window units. Cottage is not insulated. We provide electric blankets and also a space heaters.
