Uptown Victorian w/loft - Privacy Yard w/Pond

Cute and updated older Victorian home. Large yard w/pond. Great views of mountains with skylights upstairs. Loft area with reading nook. Many appliances provided. Newer OLED TV downstairs and two TV’s in two bedrooms. Two queens and one full bed (including an additional twin bed in the nook)! Very comfortable beds. Close to uptown, schools, the hospital and eating/retail establishments. One pet considered. NO SMOKING and NO DRUGS on property. The space Quiet and cozy home. You can feel a bit of a lean when upstairs and downstairs, but that's because it's a historic home. :) It's very sound, with a large yard (privacy fence) and pond, where your kiddies can play. The doggy door can allow your dog to go in and out as he/she pleases, if pet’s approved. The large bedroom upstairs has French doors that close off the private loft space (to cut off noise from the downstairs living room), but the upstairs entry door to the bedroom was taken off. It's still very private, but please let me know if this will bother you, and we can figure something out. We’ve had no complaints, so far, from previous tenants. ;) Also, the first bedroom has an adjustable bed, for those who hate sleeping flat. As for the neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is generally quiet. There is a school a couple of blocks down, so there will be some increased traffic when school starts/gets out. Thank you!
