Nestled away in the pines in a pristine coastal community this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath is a peaceful private stay. The cute little condo also offers a loft with a full bed for extra guests and an eat in kitchen. Also for outside dining a nice deck with a gas grill and a private seating area. Location is key with this little gem a mile walk to the spit and Deans pond. Also next door is The Popponesset Market place with places to eat, drink, live music, mini golf, bike rentals and little shops The space Our coastal nest is neighboring the Popponesset Inn tucked behind the Popponesset Market place with lots to do for all ages right in the neighborhood no need to drive. A short walk to beaches like the The Spit and Dean's Pond where the kids like to fish off the walking bridge. Mile to walking beach Also, a few minutes drive to South Cape and State Beach that has beautiful nature trails. If you are looking for shopping and night life we are 5 min drive to The Mashpee Commons where you'll find lots of Restaurants, movie theater, all kinds of shops and spa services. The town of Mashpee is centrally located next town over has the ferry if you'd like to take a day trip to the islands or just venture out to see all the Cape has to offer. Other things to note outside of summer season market place is not open.. there are many beach access points the closest beaches are private only open to our guest after 4pm. Mile walk or bike ride to our neighborhood beach” the spit” closest open beach to the neighborhood.
