Lovely Family House Steps Away from Sandy Beach

Lovely 5-bedroom single family home located across the (quiet) street from a resident-only long sandy beach in a kid’s friendly neighborhood. Ocean views from all the rooms with new furniture and comfortable mattresses across the house. Nice yard, outside table, barbeque and rocking chairs on a nice porch. Kitchen has brand new appliances. Large TV in the Living Room. Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you are looking for a house to party, this is not the right fit. The space This is our happy place, and we hope you will enjoy it. You can see the ocean from everywhere in the house. You are basically 50 steps away from the beach. There is heat in winter and window air conditioning window units in the summer. We have a nice yard around the house which is rare in this neighborhood. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. A public beach is across the street. You can park 2-3 cars in front of the house. Please note the neighborhood is resident only parking. We also do not allow gathering at the house or parties. The amount of people allowed in the house at all time is of 8 to allow a comfortable occupancy of the house.
