ALSO NOTE: If you want to rent the additional extra 2nd private bedroom (or also an additional extra 3rd private bedroom), please ask for availability and pay the additional fees to reserve at time of booking. (NOTE: These extra bedrooms are located on a different floor where you might run into us on a rare occasion. Any rooms you do not pay for will be closed off and not accessible to you.) During your stay We are happy to welcome you when you arrive, and interact with you whenever the opportunity arises during your visit. Otherwise, you might not see us during your visit, but you are welcome to come and go as you please. Other things to note We want to thank you for choosing our place and welcome you to Cambridge. By reserving our home, you and each of your guests are confirming that ALL guests have read the expanded sections throughout this listing, including the additional rules, AND are automatically agreeing to the following requests and policies: 1. As soon as Airbnb gives you notice of your accepted reservation, you must text us, and **preregister each guest and provide their: full names, contact details, and copies of updated COVID vaccination cards. (Rental policies, tips, and reminders will be sent a day before your arrival. You get our Door Lock Code texted to you an hour prior to check-in only if you have already provided a list with guests' info.) **We reserve the right to require guests' details and photo ID's before allowing check in or providing our door code. No refund for lack of identification** 2. Always practice the good neighbor policy: Observe Quiet Hours 11pm-7am; Practice COVID safety; NO PARTIES, events, meetings, smoking, heavy drinking, heavy cooking, or cooking food with heavy smells. NO extra guests, NO temporary visitors (that are not already pre-approved, preregistered, prepaid for, and named at time of booking), + NO pets allowed. *NOTE: We usually don't allow 3rd party bookings. 3. Treat our home with great care + as a courtesy to us and other guests: Please remove shoes inside entrance where there is a shoe tray; Put things away clean after each use, clean up after yourselves (especially clean the kitchen and the stove after EACH use, and keep the common areas + bathrooms cleaned up daily), + buy to restock anything you use (grocery stores + CVS are 2-3 blocks away). NOTE: If you rent all three bedrooms, you agree to be responsible for paying for our professional cleaners to clean the full apartment (1x per week, at the end of every month, AND at the end of your stay). If you are not able to clean everything, then we can schedule our professional cleaners and you can pay them or we will bill you. 4. If you need or wish for anything or there is any issue, please text or email us immediately, and we will try to address it as soon as possible within 24 hours. We work hard to ensure you have a 5 star stay in every way but can only help if you stay in contact with us. Please don't wait until after you've departed to mention things. 5. If any guest breaks any of the policies and/or causes any damages or problems, you must pay $500, any legal fees if any incurred by us, and any additional related fees, AND you may all be required to vacate immediately without any refunds for nights lost. 6.
