House Above the Hollow

A lovely peaceful spot set in the beautiful rolling hills of Conway Massachusetts, overlooking historic Pumpkin Hollow. In close proximity to Shelburne Falls, Deerfield, Greenfield, Amherst and Northampton along with the famed Tree House Brewery, just 10 min away. Kathy Connolly Old Sabyrook CT. The space The apartment sits at the rear of our Greek Revival farm house, over looking historic Pumpkin Hollow. With its own private entrance and parking that conveniently lead to the entrance of apartment. There is a short flight of stairs leading up to the apartment and upon entering a few more to a light filled airy living space, including a galley kitchen , bedroom and bathroom. This is a quiet, peaceful and private environment, light filled with lovely views. Along with dishes, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and wine glasses we offer fresh roasted coffee, and tea. Some of my hand made pottery is displayed on shelves , which you are welcomed to use! If there are any pieces that catch your fancy , all my work is available for purchase. There is a gas burning cooktop, no oven but toaster oven and a smaller refrigerator with small freezer. Our water is clean, refreshing and comes from our own well. There is also a 32" smart tv offering Netflix, Amazon Prime and for the warmer days and nights, air conditioning. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding yard. Grab a chair to relax and read or a nap in the hammock. This spring and summer outdoor dining will be available with grill and campfire, weather permitting. There is also our local town "swimming pool" which is a spring fed beautiful pond equipped with raft and diving board, less than a half a mile away. Other things to note As a dog lover and owner, I understand the difficulties in making arrangements for your pet while traveling. So here at Home Above the Hollow, we welcome your dog to join you. There is an additional $50 charge, 2 dogs max. However, certain rules apply . Your dog is not allowed to be left alone in apartment at any time . In certain circumstances, arrangements can be made at an additional cost. Dogs must also remain on leash outside on the property and please clean up after them. There are many ideal walking and hiking locations right outside your door:) We also take great care in cleaning the apartment after each guest and their pet leaves to insure a fresh clean apartment for our next guest who might not have a dog or possibly have allergy issues.
