The second bedroom has bunk beds (full-size mattress on the bottom, twin on top) suitable for kids/teens. The loft area/primary bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A fully stocked beautiful kitchen opens up to 2 living spaces and a dining area. This open floor plan allows for maximal family time and meals at home with a kids' play area and wood stove for snowy winter nights. An outdoor deck with a dining table, patio lights, and a BBQ allows for dinner under the stars. Hike down the hill to relax in the hammocks and listen to the babbling brook. For skiers, The Cabin is a 3 min drive to Otis Ridge, 20 min to Ski Butternut, 30 min to Bousquet, and 35 min to Catamount Mountain. Within a 5 minute walk to the 24-acre swimming lake, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, ball field, playground, hiking trails and picnic grove.
