Upstairs is accessed by an exterior stairway leading up to the private main entrance. There is a beautiful 8,500 square foot fenced yard and outdoor patio area. This yard will be shared with the downstairs unit. There is an outdoor shower for washing off sand from the beach, etc. Ample parking on property for 1 vehicle, off-street.
