Home is steps from the 42nd St Beach, quiet location with ocean views from the large wraparound deck. Primary suite w/king bed, bathroom w/ tub and separate shower. 3 guest queen bedrooms, share a full bathroom with glassblock shower and also a 1/2 bath. Large living area, dining area w/eat-in kitchen counter seats 9. Fully equipped kitchen w/all amenities included. Grill, 3 outdoor chaises, table & seating on deck. 6 beach passes & all towels and linens provided. 10 bikes for rent. The space This is our family home but we are not able to get away as much in the summer. Our unit is on the 2nds level, climbing stairs is required. Lower level open area is furnished with a large screen TV, futon and couch if you have children that need a little play/sleep space. All towels, linens, blankets and pillows are included. Guest access Access all available areas in the unit Other things to note Outdoor shower entrance located in lower level area. Adult bicycles are available for rent. 4 bikes for $100 per stay. $250 deduction from your security deposit if any bikes are lost. Code will be given upon e-payment.
