Whether it's a family get-a-way or a retreat with friends, you'll find our home is the perfect place to make new memories! Pool and spa open through September 2025 The space The first floor features a modern open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a full bath with laundry, which is perfect for showering from the pool! This floor also offers an additional sitting area in the rear with large glass sliding doors overlooking the pool and the private lush backyard, also perfect for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee. The second floor features three bedrooms and an additional full bath. There is one king size bed and two queen size beds. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and all contain comfortable memory foam mattresses, a dresser and closet with hanging storage unit and hangers. Linens and towels are also provided. Guest access - Guest will enter the home via electronic keypad and security system. - Guests have full access to the entire house during their stay with the exception of the attic and basement which is locked and not accessible for guests. Other things to note * *NO PETS, NO smoking, NO events allowed. NO exceptions. Three smart TV’s with access to YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime video. *There are no cribs high chairs etc. nor are there safety gates for the stairs or doors leading outside. *The pool does not have a gate and there is not a safety alarm warning. *If your child cannot swim we suggest not renting as we will not be responsible for any injury or accident and guests agree to hold homeowner harmless in the event of an incident or accident.
