Walk through the woods to the gorgeous salt marsh at the Pilgrim Springs conservation area, just down the dirt road from the house. Take a walk, bike, or 4 minute drive to beautiful Indian Neck bay beach and oyster grounds! The amazing ocean beaches are 8 minutes away by car or 18 minute bike ride. I’m so glad to share my home with you. Cape Cod is a treasure. The space Our cottage is a 2 bed / 1 bath house with an outdoor shower and claw foot tub for soaking under the stars. Enjoy the lovely gardens and trees or relax in the hammock. BBQ some local seafood on the propane grill or one of the charcoal Webers. The open arched Chef's kitchen was added to the original 1963 cottage and is fully equipped with a 6 burner Viking range. The dining area is wonderful for watching the birds at the feeders over your morning coffee. The living room has a large flatscreen tv, and a vintage audio system to enjoy the 200 piece cassette tape collection. The mudroom is stocked with everything you need for your beach day or athleisure activities; beach chairs, a picnic basket, blankets, sand toys, sports gear, & yoga mats. The house is always evolving. The cottage is charming and full with love. Guest access The whole home is yours! Enjoy the deck, relaxing by the fire pit, or laying in the hammock. The barn /boat house is used as storage for owner. Other things to note You can walk to bay beaches and salt marsh. Ocean beaches are a short drive or bike ride away.
