Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The two story house faces Holland reservoir along the front and surrounded by woods on the back. With the correct lisense fishing and boating and jet skiing are allowed so you are welcome to bring your equipment. The house is comfortable furnished in antique furniture . The space The house is set into a hill so the basement access is the most comfortable. After the first set of steps turn left and follow the walkway to the basement door. The basement level has two sofas and some comfy chairs , tv , stereo , and a new bathroom and laundry. Up stairs has three bedrooms King , Queen and bunk beds . A full bathroom and kitchen. Dinning area looks out over the lake and is the access to the porch. There is a small grill on the porch out door chairs and table. The second larger grill and smoker are located on the side of the house with a view of the lake. New this year kitchen floor has been replaced, and upstairs a new bathroom! Guest access every area of the house is accessible for the guests except the basement tool room Other things to note lots of steps up to the first landing . Its a comfortable house we are slowly renovating . Very quiet and relaxing all year round with beautiful views of the lake. When the house is not rented out we do live here . The furnishing are from our families and antiques collected!
