It is spacious, has a huge deck to relax and exclusive rights to the whole terrace above the building. Your family and friends will have all the comfort, it has all the necessary amenities to make your stay easy going and relaxing. NO PETS, NO PROMS, NO GRADUATION, OR UNDER 25 GROUPS - PLEASE DON'T INQIR The space Ocean City is America's greatest family resort! Our condo's building is centrally located in the heart of the city and only 2 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. All the main restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores are within minutes of walking. Our Condo features super high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and 4 smart TVs, a large deck with plenty of seating area, and exclusive deck for our guests to enjoy and bring their beach chairs on top of the building and a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen. All 4 of our bedrooms have been furnished keeping comfort and practicality in mind, they are spacious and shore themed, as we hope you enjoy the time spent in them to relax and refresh for your fun filled trip. All 4 of the bedrooms are in the back side of the condo, with the first 2 bedrooms being suitable for children, one having a bunk bed, twin over full while the other perfect for younger children with 2 twin beds. At the end of the hallway are 2 bedrooms facing each other, each spacious with King size beds, while one being the master with en-suite full bathroom and a private balcony. The front side of the condo has a beautifully designed beach/shore/nautical theme, with open space layout, having the living area, large kitchen with island and an 8 person dining table, all leading to the spacious balcony, overlooking the front of the house and the Central Ave. You are responsible to bring all linens including bed sheets and pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen dish clothes and towels and beach towels. We provide comforters and pillows for the beds. Our kitchen is stocked with the necessary items to cook as often as you like, unless you feel like dining out, for which there is a plethora of options in the immediate area. The driveway accommodates 1 car and the garage another. There is metered parking in front of the building. Inventory is taken after each stay. Please keep that in mind as you make use use of our vacation home and all of its amenities. If one of them becomes misplaced or is damaged, we will hold you accountable. Other things to note *Sun tan lotion (especially spray) is not permitted to be used in the units or on any of the deck surfaces at the property. These products can cause extensive damage to the decks and floors. Please use the products either at beach or in the grassy areas to avoid damage. Any damage caused by these products will be the responsibility of the renters. *Check-out time is 10am SHARP. The cleaning company begins promptly at 10am. Late check-out will be billed at a minimum of $250. To prevent late check-out, we encourage you to plan your departure by 9am. *A private outside shower is available for your use when returning from the beach. Your shower, labeled “B”, is located on the same side of the building as the stairs. This shower is for Unit B’s use only. *Do not rearrange any furniture inside or on the porch. Moving furniture can cause damage to the furniture, walls and floors. *Trashcans are provided for your use in the garage. Failure to have trashcans emptied may result in a deduction from your security deposit as trash must be removed on a weekly basis. *The rooftop deck is for the exclusive use of Unit B tenants. Please feel free to take beach chairs up to enjoy the space. When not in use, please do not leave anything on the rooftop deck. Severe rain storms are common along the coast and high winds from these storms can cause items to blow off the deck and cause damage. All damage will be the responsibility of the renters, so please remove all items when not in use.
