This is for folks that want a clean, cozy and safe place to sleep. There is no kitchen access and no air conditioning. However each room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, fans and full size beds. Please remove your shoes at the door and place them in the chest outside the door. You will have the upstairs all to yourself (other than the occasional gecko 😊). These rooms are hot during the day on hot days. The upstairs bathroom has a shower only, toilet and sink. The space This property is in Hawaiian Paradise Park. The property is gated with plenty of free parking. There is a security camera at the gate and you will get a remote gate opener for the gate once you check in. There are fruit trees throughout the property that you can pick and eat from including: Samoan and regular coconuts, lemons, avocados, ulu (breadfruit), pineapples, guava, lilikoi (passion fruit) and a huge garden. The property is the home of one dog and two cats. You will hear coqui frogs (and possibly my neighbors karaoke) at night and Guinea hens, roosters and peacocks during the day! Guest access Guests can access the front porch which includes a couch, two chairs, an ottoman, a table and chair. Guests can also access seating in the back which includes a table with umbrella and six chairs (you are welcome to smoke out back). Lastly guests can access a huge garden on the side of house.
