You'll love the open kitchen and dining area, with steps down to a new large patio at the back of the house, complete with dining and lounging furniture and a wood-burning fire pit. A well equipped kitchen has newer cabinets and appliances, and the living room is spacious for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. Nespresso and traditional drip coffee makers, and beverage fridge to keep your favorite drinks icy cold are also included. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable king bed and a desk area for working. Across the hall is a queen bedroom, and the final bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and double on the bottom with twin trundle down below to sleep 4. In the finished basement you'll find a new pullout loveseat that converts to a full bed, and if need an additional rollaway. There are two smart TVs in the living room and basement, board games, puzzles, and books. The yard is private and peaceful. Walk down to Greenland Pond and enjoy the beach, boating (bring your own boat or inquire about our canoe), and fresh pond swimming.
