Renters will need to provide their own linens - bedding and towels, as well as paper products and laundry and dish soaps. Starter amounts are provided but please replace what you use for the next guest. No toiletries are provided. Must be 25 or older to book. Children must be closely supervised on decks. No smoking on the premises, no candles. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked and deck umbrella is down when leaving the house, pop up storms are common.
