Enjoy nature while staying in a quiet 1 bedroom attached suite on a 65 acre horse property with it's own nature trails. It includes a private entrance with a dedicated workspace with free high-speed WiFi. Remote workers are welcome! We have up to 20 horses on the property. You will have front row viewing to several right out your windows! It's set back in the woods about a 1/3 of a mile, however it is a convenient location close to Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith and Mt. Holyoke. Guest access There is a lawn area with a gazebo, bistro table and chairs, as well as Adirondack chairs to relax in while taking in the sunrise (if you choose) while overlooking the horse pasture in the front yard. We have a 20 stall horse barn that you are welcome to give yourself a mindful tour of. There's a good chance my wife will be in or around the barn to answer any questions you might have (as long as she's not in a lesson). She also offers optional horsemanship lessons for you as an Airbnb guest, for an additional fee, if you are interested. Additionally there is a trail system on our property that connects with adjacent trails perfect for exploring. Other things to note We offer horsemanship, yoga, meditation and life coaching on the property if you are interested.
