The space The bedroom has a king-size purple mattress, large flatscreen TV, chrome cast, Hepa air filter and full dimming lighting control on either side of the bed + optional Alexa control. The kitchen has almost any device you could ask for, such as a full set of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, a dining area, and a desk looking out the back patio. Recently installed reverse osmosis filter to give you the highest quality drinking water. The living room/office The office area has a desk with 2 28 in 4k Samsung monitors mounted for optimum viewing height, keyboard tray and a premium office chair with rollerblade wheels. The living room has a love seat (which can be swapped out for a full-size bed and memory foam mattress with advanced notice), a rocking chair and stool, and a 60-inch Sony 4k TV. Bathroom has tub/shower and bidet Private entrance in the back of the house into the bedroom or use the front door of the building with a separate entrance inside the foyer. Single-level apartment, but there are 4 stairs at the back entrance and 6 at the front entrance. No Smokers or Animals Floors are steam cleaned between guests.
