The building is very secure and private. It sits behind a main house which blocks it from the street, but it has its own private exterior entrance to the property. The decor makes it feel like home. Great lighting, great amenities and close to everything that counts in New Orleans. Three blocks from the French Quarter 4 blocks from I-10. Guests are invited to use the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Bathroom amenities include quality fabric towels, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner and paper products. Fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless appliances, cookware, glassware, dishes, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove. Guests have private entrance through securely locked courtyard. This is also an ideal property for business travelers, since it is centrally located in the city, and very private and secure. Guest access This is a stand-alone condo, accessed through a private courtyard entrance. Guests also have access to quiet gardens and outdoor covered sitting area, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Other things to note Because the condo is about a five minute walk from the French Quarter, guests have the convenience of all of the nearby restaurants, clubs and attractions, without the noise and hubub of the Quarter. A listing of all nearby local restaurants and attractions is given to the guests. Nightly price is $150, plus $25.00 for each guest in addition to two. Rates for the following holidays and special events are $250/night, plus $25.00 for each guest in addition to two. Mardi Gras, Christmas, New Year's, Jazz Fest, Thanksgiving, Halloween.
