Piper’s Bayside One Bedroom Suite

It’s all about the experience the here! This rental has a style of its own. Piper’s Bayside Suite is a private master bedroom newly updated into a suite with private bath (tub/shower combo), queen bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker & TV. Side door access is semi-private. Renters have full access to outside patio area which includes a hot tub, gazebo, sitting area w/ fireplace plus outdoor shower, bicycles, beach chairs/towels, off street parking included. The space Built is 2015, this rancher is very well appointed, inside and out. Grounds are landscaped with many beneficial plants and flowers to support the many butterflies you will see. The outside patio & gazebo with newly added hot tub are the perfect combo to sit and relax with your favorite adult beverage. Additional amenities included are a bbq grill, propane fireplace, outdoor shower and bicycles to borrow. Guests have the whole side of my home & yard to themselves. Located just blocks from the bay beach & the most amazing sunsets, highly recommend taking the bikes over one evening! Guest access I use contactless check-in. Instructions sent morning of arrival. Guests use side door for access to private bedroom suite. Guests have full access to outside patio. During your stay I live on-site with my friendly 60 lb shepherd mix Bailey however suite is named after my previous dog Piper. You could bump into myself and/or Bailey but it’s rare since I spend much of my time in Cape May City. I work close by and readily available throughout guest stays if needed. I’m happy to keep in touch through messages and/or by speaking in person when I’m home. I look forward to hosting you in my home.
