A newly renovated, warm, and inviting cottage is nestled within a quiet neighborhood one block from the beach on the Delaware bay. Make it your retreat while exploring seaside resorts, pristine beaches, world-class birding, nature activities, shopping, antiquing, golf, biking, hiking, wineries, breweries, live music & fabulous dining. Return to the cottage to enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your private screened-in porch. The space Plenty of natural light fills the home with warmth and refreshment. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen are centrally located in our completely renovated and charming cottage. The kitchen has a large central island area, connected to a comfortable living room. There are three bedrooms- a master queen bedroom with ensuite tile shower, and two bedrooms with queen beds sharing a second bath with tub/shower. The cottage offers you all the comforts of home including a screened-in porch, and a spacious backyard with a grill. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for basic meal prep. The list includes table service, chef's knives, basic cooking spices and oils, pots and pans, a coffee pot, filtered water and ice from the refrigerator door, and a host of other conveniences. The bathrooms include the Vyv™ Antimicrobial Virus Light, to reduce bacterial load between cleanings. Click the fan on and off and on to turn from white to purple antibacterial LED lighting. The cottage is perfect for couples and families looking to enjoy all the town has to offer while being able to return to a more quiet, private accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center. The cottage is a short drive (about 10 mins) from a number of breweries and vineyards including the Cape May Brewery, and Ferry Park with weekly events on the green including yoga, Tai chi, movies, and live music. You are close (~ 20 mins) to Cape May City where you will find beautiful beaches, iconic Victorian homes, the Washington Street Mall, and many great places to eat. The cottage is also a short drive to the Wildwoods and the Wildwood boardwalk. We include 6 Cape May beach tags, beach chairs, and four beach bikes available to use during your stay. Other things to note We do not rent to guests under the age of 25. We have a ring doorbell and 4 cameras on the outside of the property for security. NJ is a ‘no plastic’ bag state, we have provided some reusable bags for your convenience, please leave them behind for our next guests. There are fans in each bedroom, with a remote control mounted to the wall which controls speed and the light. The light is dimmable; Push quickly for the light to turn on/off; hold down to dim the light. We do not allow pets or ESAs per Airbnb's policies. Service animals always welcome!
