Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home in Coralville, Iowa. Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many different restaurants. This private entrance and private one large room suite is cute, comfortable, and has off street parking just outside your door. The parking is in the back of the house along with your private entrance to the one room suite. The driveway has room for one vehicle or two teeny cars. You will have a code for the door that is changed between guests. One oversized room suite with queen size bed. A full size bathroom, separate kitchenette type area that has a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and snacks. It is not a full kitchen yet. We are working with a contractor to turn it into a full kitchen. Host is available to interact with guests if needed. You will receive a code for a private entrance to your one room bedroom suite. Host lives upstairs and can be contacted at any time to help if you have questions or concerns. Mostly quiet neighborhood except for occasional neighbors’ dogs that bark only for a very short period of time. Both neighbors are great about bringing their dogs in when they bark. Street in front of home is busy during 7:00-8:30 am and from 4:30-5:30 pm When you pull in our driveway, drive around to the back of the house and park on the left side of the garage as close to the garage as you can. You will see French doors to the left. There is one step up from the driveway to the patio outside your Airbnb. Use the code we gave you in the instructions and enter your Airbnb suite. After entering the Airbnb, please close your door tightly so it re-locks. There are restaurants in all directions only 2 miles away. When you pull in the driveway, drive all the way back and curve to right to drive behind the house. You can then park at the back of the house facing the garage, on the left side of the driveway. The white fence will be on your left, and so is your Airbnb. There is one step up from where you park to the patio to enter your Suite. Hosts live upstairs with 2 cats and a dog. The pets have NEVER been in the Airbnb. You might hear the patter of pet or human feet from above. We do not allow pets in our Airbnb space because my son has severe allergies. We need a place that he can stay that is completely pet free. No pets have ever been down there. It has new carpet, paint and some new walls.
