Description

Up-and-coming neighborhood in the historic Mill Village district in Williamstown that is walkable to the Williams' campus and Spring Street. The property has on-street parking and is steps from the head of the Hoosic River Nature Trail. Property is a two-story attached duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood. Responsive owner hosts live next door. The space Downstairs is an airy living room with ceiling fan and wood floors. Walk through to a spacious remodeled eat-in kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances. In the rear is a bedroom with queen bed that has access to a cedar storage/sun room. Full bath on ground floor. There is one queen bedroom upstairs with an en suite bathroom. Home has its own outdoor space with table and charcoal grill. On street parking in front of property. Please note: Not suitable for people with mobility issues or very young children due to a steep interior staircase prevalent in homes of the era (circa late 1800s). Other things to note For longer term stays, the landlord reserves the right to arrange to arrange biweekly visits (at mutually convenient times) to check on the condition of the property/do regular maintenance to ensure that the property can be turned over quickly at the end of the rental period.
