The space The apartment offers one queen bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Maximum capacity is 4. All mattresses, linens, towels, and pillows are high-quality, new, and comfortable. The entire apartment was just renovated, so enjoy brand-new appliances and furniture. The building is over 200 years old with a rich history. Update for summer: We have two beach chairs and four beach towels. There are amazing beaches around Salem! Our favorites are Winter Island/Waikiki Beach, Dead Horse Beach (great sunsets), and in Marblehead, we love Devereux Beach. Enjoy! Guest access Keyless entry and free parking - We will share a unique pin to unlock the front door. We also provide one free parking spot in the heart of downtown Salem. The whole space is private to you, in addition to the lovely porch. Other things to note We live on the second and third floors of the house with our dog Boone, so you’ll likely see us coming and going. Our dog is friendly but has a big bark. You shouldn’t expect him to be a disturbance, but please excuse any barking as you enter/exit the home. He will quickly settle down after you enter/exit the home.
