Primary room occupies the entire 3rd floor with king bed and 2 couch lounge area and private balcony with an ocean view. The space House layout: First floor bedroom- Queen bed, share full bath in hallway First floor bedroom- Queen bed+ twin bed, share full bath in hallway First floor bedroom- 3 twin beds (or 1 King and a Twin) + ensuite full bath Second floor- Kitchen, dining area, living area with a porch, den with Sofa Bed (Queen Inflatable) and balcony, half bath Third floor- Private master suite with additional living area and balcony Other things to note Bed Linens and towels can be ordered thru local companies, same for crib and bike rentals.
