Description
The 820 provides fully furnished luxury residences in the heart of the Central Business District in Downtown New Orleans. Walking to the French Quarter, Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Convention Center, office buildings, courthouses, shops, and famous restaurants are just minutes away. The space The 820 offers fully furnished and pet friendly* condos with free Wi-Fi, in unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances with kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishware, silverware, knives, Keurig coffee pot, and some small appliances). We have king-size beds in bedrooms, queen size sofa sleeper in living rooms, a dining room table and plenty of closets and storage space. We have workstation desks and chairs available upon request. We supply initial items to get you started including coffee pods, tea bags, snacks, water, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Rouses Supermarket is only 4.5 blocks away, so additional supplies and groceries are nearby (delivery also available**). Guest access We offer contact free check-in with electronic door code access. You will be given a personalized 4-digit code for the lobby front door and your condo front door. These codes are changed between each guest for your safety. We have security cameras in the common areas of the building and exit doors but DO NOT have security cameras inside of any condo. The 820 guests have private access to their entire condo. There is a shared courtyard on the first floor. The courtyard is open from 8 a.m. to 11p.m. but we ask that guests be courteous and keep the noise level to a minimum when outside. You can say hello to the goldfish as they lazily swim laps in the fountain. The 820 does not have parking but we are happy to help with this. Paid parking is available in a parking lot next door and at the EZ Park garage ½ block away. EZ Park is our recommendation as it is reasonable, covered parking with good security. There is also street side parking managed by the City of New Orleans. It is paid parking during the day (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and it is free at night and on Sundays. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property; the cleaning fee for smoking inside is $500. Tenants are responsible for any damage they (or their pets) cause to the building and/or condo. Tenants should leave the units broom clean and any excessive dirtiness will result in additional charges. We manage The 820 and will be happy to help you with any issues as they arise. Our goal is for you to have a fantastic stay with us. We work with third party cleaning services and will be happy to put you in touch with them if you want this service.
