Note: guests must take stairs to the second floor for both bedrooms and the bathroom. Additionally, we live next door with two young children, so there is a potential for noise when we are home. This amazing spot will surprise you with its size. Ample room for small groups or families, couples, and friends to spend quality time together, or retreat to their own space. It’s ideal for both those who like to spend the evenings relaxing, and for those who just need to rest between outings. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook basic, delicious meals and enjoy them in the lovely dining area. If cooking isn't what you enjoy, you can also walk a few blocks to a copious variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes in the famous Mid-City District. Guest access Feel right at home in our welcoming apartment, where you'll have exclusive access to the entire space, including the comfortable seating area on the front porch, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or relaxing in the fresh air. While you have the freedom to make yourself at home, we kindly request that guests refrain from utilizing the backyard, unless it is necessary to access the washer and dryer facilities. For the safety and consideration of all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not permitted in the front or backyard areas. Other things to note P E T P O L I C Y Pet fee is $15 per pet, per night. Please DO NOT allow your pet in the backyard unleashed, and please pick-up after your pet. Pets MUST be leashed when exiting and entering the property. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for certain breeds with excessive shedding tendencies P A R K I N G If you have a vehicle, there is free street parking, however, there is intermittent construction on our direct block, so it may be limited.
