A king and a double twin on the second floor each with a decorative fireplace and both open to a western view deck. The king room has a private Zoom space. Each bedroom has a very large bathroom w/ walk in showers and separate tubs (1 jacuzzi). There are 2 main floor suites with private baths. A king bed and one with 2 twin beds. The main floor bedrooms are suitable for older or less mobile members of the family who would like to avoid stairs but still be a part of the festive summer family escape. The home is NOT wheelchair accessible but necessary stairs are limited to 3 low rise steps entering and exiting the house. The house is 400 yd walking distance to the beach with a private access way. Supurb high speed Comcast internet with eero Wifi mesh network servicing the entire house. There is a chef's kitchen open to the dining table and a living room awash in light from walls of windows. The cozy library is just off the living room and provides a nice place for reading or watching TV on a rainy day or playing a big group board game. Enjoy a game of Chess, Backgammon or even Bridge overlooking the back yard at the game table just outside the library. Our home easily accommodates multiple age groups!
