The space Phillipsburg is steeped in history and was so strategically important,particularly at the time of the civil war for the Delaware river and the Morris Canal. Then came the railroads.There are plaques all along South Main Street explaining the architectural and commercial significance of the area. There are three different railways visible from the top floor rear windows with trainspotting and bird-watching being a favorite past-time. We have dedicated the top floor with the best views to your luxury accommodation. This listing is for the entire TOP FLOOR of the Townhouse ONLY. Either as a king suite with an additional single pull out, or the interconnecting "Artists Haven" self contained two bedroom apt, next door, that sleeps Six, you will have everything at your fingertips and more. All the modern cons in a mansion from two centuries ago, so that you can live like a Lord or Lady and sip from fine crystal. Many of our guests visit the Crayola Center so we give great attention to the needs of our little ones, such as toys, games, painting and drawing ,with charging stations and high speed WIFI in every room. We do not encourage TV but they are equipped with free Roku, Netflix and of course Alexa for local weather and flight information. For an additional fee you can enjoy the mansion ground floor and terrace to watch the magnificent sunsets as your private entertaining space in the evening or for continental breakfast in the parlor. Private 5pm-midnight ground floor media room & deck/Veranda with a Selection of Beer/ Wines, Sodas, Tea & Coffee , Apperitivo & Snacks. Other things to note Sunrise Breakfast $15 per person ,payable by Paypal,vemno or cash and is served on the Veranda weather permitting , otherwise in the back parlor from 7am-10am. Breakfast consists of a full continental, meats,cheeses,croissants, muffins/pastries,juice, coffees or tea.We strive to make our guests happy and consider dietary restrictions so substitutes may be offered if available. Sunset Happy Hour $40 per person, payable by Paypal, Venmo or cash,can only be booked by one party and is the private use of the parlor and veranda from 5pm -midnight.Offer includes beer and/or Wine, Alcoholic Sodas, Coffees, Ice and a selection of gourmet snacks.
