The house is located walking distance to the Ocean or the Bay. 4 Beach Badges will be provided for the summer season. The space This is a 2 bedroom cape cod style house. You will be on the 2nd floor with stairs around back. You will be able to park in front of the garage and there is street parking when available. TV is internet only (no-ads) with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Premium, HBO Max, & Amazon Prime (with ads). Other things to note There will be 4 Summer Beach Badges provided. Surf City Charges $50 each to replace them so you will be responsible for any lost beach badges if you decide to use them.
