The space The Riverway House is a clean and newly updated home with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms and 1 separate shower room. The house has a beautiful open kitchen, dining and living room area along with a 3 seasons room and deck, all overlooking the main channel of the Mississippi River, Clayton, Iowa. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on the main level, and 2 bedrooms on the lower level with a half bath which includes a full size washer and dryer. Also on the lower level is a living space with a table and chairs perfect for games and puzzles. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and the yard. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and more parking available on the grass on the river side of the street. There is a 2 stall garage on the property that is unavailable to guests at this time. Other things to note ** Please no pets.
