Although the unit has an Ali’i Drive address, the house is located about 100 feet back off the main road up a small dirt access road. The road is across the street from the northern part of Kahalu’u Bay. Guests have access to their unit, the attached private front lanai (patio), the private side lanai that borders the unit on the south side of the property, the larger shared front lanai, an outdoor shower, the carport, and the beach equipment closet. The beach equipment closet has fins, snorkels, masks, water shoes, chairs, and body boards for your use. It is located on the left side of back wall of the carport (the wall with 2 small windows). Guests also have one designated parking spot in the carport and access to the shared washers/dryers located in the carport as well.
