The space The apartment is spacious, 1000 sqft and 3 stories. This beautiful unit is equipped with amenities and tasteful industrial décor throughout. Right when you walk into the unit you will find the kitchen and living room area. You are greeted with a beautiful view of the city through the windows of the apartment, where its the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. Above the fireplace is a 60 inch smart tv where you can stream all your favorite shows and movies. The tv is on a movable wall mount if you wish to lower it closer for your viewing distance. Down the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms, both with comfy queen beds and one bathroom with a tub/shower. One bedroom has a private balcony, with another beautiful view of the city. It is the perfect spot to wake up to! The bottom floor is a nice hangout area and a 50 in roku tv. Off the basement there is a door to access the backyard, we wish you please do not enter the backyard and keep the door locked. The basement is also where the washer & dryer are located, in the backroom. The building is one of the oldest buildings in the city, but has been completely renovated in 2022. The building sits on a partially natural limestone foundation, if you venture into the back room you can see the natural rock. During the wet season it does get water and can have a wet smell. During the season changes, lady bugs and boxelder bugs are common.
