This classic 1913 home has been totally renovated from the studs up, using some of its original elements in the redecorating to keep the classic feel. The space is cozy, comfortable, and functional. This home is just a short jaunt to Philipsburg, Georgetown Lake, Discovery Ski Area, Fairmont, Old Works Golf Course, and Smelter Stack State Park. The space A small entryway lead to an open-concept space with an accessible kitchen and small breakfast table. The living room features two couches for lounging, of which the grey one is a queen-sized pull out. The bedroom hosts a desk with lamp and mirror, making a perfect office space or a comfortable vanity, and a big comfy king-sized bed. Our bathroom is spacious with a big, deep soaking tub and a tall shower. Though this is a small house around 700 sq ft, it feels open and comfortable. Guest access All portions of the home are accessible. We do have a garage, but request that guests do not use it.
