Beautiful uptown loft unit in Butte

Welcome to our historic building that just completed a total remodel from the ground up at the Colonial. We are pleased to offer a 3 bedroom walk-through loft unit on the third floor. Beautiful views to the South overlooking Butte and both bathrooms have a beautiful view of the mountains and Our Lady of the Rockies. The Colonial is centrally located in uptown Butte, across the street from the Headframe Distillery, Slainte and the Irish Pub, close to bookstores, coffee shops and restaurants. The space This unit is on the third floor of the Colonial and there is no elevator, so you will be going up 2-3 flights of stairs, depending on if you park in the front or the back. The third floor of the Colonial takes you to the main level of your unit. The bedrooms are upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase. This is not a good option for someone with mobility issues. PLEASE NOTE: the two queen bedrooms are WALK-THROUGH rooms, meaning you have to walk through one room to get to the other. The bedroom with the twin beds is not a walk-through room. This is a NON-SMOKING property, both inside and outside. We DO NOT allow pets. Guest access You have full access to the shared fitness center and laundry facilities in the basement. There is also a shared BBQ outside the back door of the basement level. Other things to note We do not have air conditioning. If it’s warm upstairs when you get there, make sure you crack both bathroom windows and then open windows in the living room and bedrooms. You’ll get amazing cross flow and it will cool down quickly. This is a secured building that requires a code to get in.
