For your comfort, we have air conditioning through mini-splits, keep in mind the three units need to all be in the same mode, either heat or air conditioning, otherwise you will see an error code on the unit. Elevate your experience on our expansive 500 square foot rooftop deck, where breathtaking views unfold in an endless panorama. Rooftop boast a gas fire pit, outdoor TV and an umbrella for shade. Tucked within the lush landscape, a 10-foot gazebo offers a secluded haven to immerse in the surroundings. Just like the changes in wildlife, there are different bug seasons, please don't squish bugs on the ceiling or walls. While we have screened in areas, bugs will follow you in, especially the tiny black bugs in the spring as they are attracted to the light. If they come in, they will die overnight and we will vacuum them up after you leave. The spectacle of summer fireworks transforms the rooftop into a stage of celestial wonder. Revel in Salisbury Beach's vibrant displays every Saturday night post-10:00 PM, with distant glimpses of Hampton Beach's Wednesday night fireworks and occasional festivities along Seabrook beach adding to the allure. Unfortunately the only recycling we can do is returnable bottles. Please put them in the blue barrel in the garage space. Each offers a mosaic of exquisite dining, lively bars, and entertainment, promising adventures just a stone's throw away. Guest access Enjoy full access to our home, nestled directly on the marsh on a scenic five-acre lot. Although the property is expansive, guest access is limited to the upland areas to protect the surrounding wildlife. We offer a cozy yard, ample parking for four cars, and a Level 2 electric car charger in the garage. For beach days, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys. Plus, two wagons are available for easy transport of kids or gear to the beach. Other things to note Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests if you include the pullout couch, but for your utmost comfort, we suggest a maximum of 6 guests. The bedding for the pullout is conveniently stored in the living room table. Pet lovers will be pleased to know their furry friends are welcome, with an additional $25 cleaning fee to ensure the space is pristine for our next guests. We've stocked the home with all the basics you'll need, including toiletries, kitchen essentials, and ample towels for both bath and beach. The unique Nana Wall in the living room transforms the space, complete with instructions for its use alongside a powered screen and awning for those sunny days or when the wind picks up. For those who love a view, the rooftop deck is accessible via a Sky Hatch, offering breathtaking scenes of the marsh and a glimpse of the ocean, perfect for sunrise or sunset gatherings around the natural gas fire-pit. Given the house's tall structure and high ceilings, navigating stairs is a part of the experience. For guests who need to stay connected, we provide a monitor, printer, mouse, and ethernet cable for a seamless work environment. Leisure time can be enjoyed with our selection of board games, special author-signed books, and a pirate chest filled with dress-up toys for the adventurous at heart. Parking is plentiful with off-street options and a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. Beach days are made easy with provided chairs and an umbrella, and upon return, rinse off in our outdoor shower, featuring both hot and cold water. The property also includes two swings and a natural gas grill for your culinary exploits.
