Charming apartment on the 3rd fl. designed for your relaxation & tranquility. The apt is your base of adventure into NYC, all its urban amenities & a retreat back to a tranquil neighborhood with lots of local charm. Short distance to train station, airport, major stadiums (prudential/met life) branch brook park (cherry blossoms)colleges, hospitals, shopping malls and a wide array of dining options! **my home is strictly animal free due to allergies** Property check in is at 4pm. The space Private 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, office space, full living room and all amenities designed to make your stay comfortable. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/ shampoo/soap provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. *Cleaning fee for long term stays ( Up to 30 days or more) $150 Please let me know if late check in is needed prior to booking. I will try my best to accommodate you, but if it’s not possible, you may need to consider another rental. If you proceed with the booking and give last-minute notice of a late arrival (a few days prior or on the day of arrival) check-in will be postponed to the following day, subject to my availability.
