Peaceful, isolated country home located in the middle of a working cattle farm. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath has all the amenities you could want. No neighbors, or traffic, or street lights, only the occasional deer sighting and the sound of coyotes at night. Ideal for quiet get-a-ways or anyone working in the area. Located in the hub of the Haynesville Gas area. 15 minutes from Mansfield, 10 minutes from Pleasant Hill, and 20 minutes from I-49. The space This is an older country home but very clean. Three bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own half bathroom. Full bathroom centrally located in the hallway and another full bathroom in the "utility room". Working washer and dryer, deep freezer, refrigerator, and two hot water heaters. Four LCD TVs in the home all with working Rokus. Strong wifi that reaches throughout the house. Plenty of extra linen and towels are provided in the many closets. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances (major and minor). Plenty of dishes and cookware on hand. Everything provided except for food although there are some condiments in the refrigerator and usually coffee near the coffee pot. This house runs off of "well water" meaning water is pumped directly from the ground and is unfiltered. The water quality is excellent and taste great but for those who are wary there are some gallons of bottled water provided. House is heated and cooled with central air. Plenty of parking with a two-car carport attached to the house. For trucks pulling trailers or large vehicles there is a large lot adjacent to the front yard that was once used to park farm equipment. During the day there may be some activity in the vicinity of the home. The house does reside on a working cattle farm so you may hear a tractor idling, a chainsaw running, or a cow mooing from time to time but aside from that it is very peaceful.
